Rental Terms and Conditions

By booking our Christmas tree rental service, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to helping you create a magical holiday experience!

Rental Agreement

Our peak rental period is from  December to January. Special dates may be required upon request. Extensions may be requested subject to availability

Fees

A 75% Deposit is required to confirm tree hire. Balance is due day before delivery of the tree 

Delivery and Setup

We will deliver the tree for setup on the agreed date at 9:00am. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery

Setup

Our team will set up the tree at your designated location

Care and Maintenance

Please ensure that the tree is not exposed to open fire or near heat sources 

Alterations

Do not attempt to alter or modify the tree. Any changes should be communicated to us

Damages and Replacement

A pre-rental inspection will be conducted. Any damage noted at that time will be documented

Charges

You will be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the tree during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed based on the extent of the damage

Collection

The tree will be collected as per agreed dates. Please ensure the tree is ready for collection and accessible

Cancellation

Cancellations made 30 days before the delivery date will receive a 50 % refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days to delivery will forfeit all funds paid

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and will incur additional charges

Insurance

We recommend that renters have appropriate home insurance to cover any potential incidents related to the tree
